I cook almost exclusively in cast iron pans and am thrilled to have added these. They behave just like you’d expect mini cast iron pans would. And look awesome.

These things are of no use. They are too small and shallow to put anything substantial into them. They are an absolute waste of money. They appear to be decently made, and I’m sure anyone purchasing them easily knows how to use them, but they really are just eye trinkets and not an actual kitchen device.

I bought these, unfamiliar with the brand, in order to make a recipe for a artisan mini-bread ... yes, you read that correctly. I own over 100 pieces of antique cast iron to new cast iron by many manufacturers. Cast iron is about all I cook with. When I read the shape and size of these mini oval serving dishes, I figured I would give it a try and they worked perfectly. Great for making small personal sized dishes when you can cook the whole thing and serve right from the cast iron

The Black finish comes off with regular use. It is a good size and easy to clean. Ceramic bowls seem to match it's heat retention at about 15 minutes in my case. 425 degrees for 15 minutes

La qualité des plats est pas si mal mais l’emballage n’est pas suffisant pour ce type de plat. Et attention il m’en a couté 66$ pour retourner au vendeur.On deviens perdant sur toutes la ligne si vous recevez les plats endommagés.Je ne recommande pas car la protection n’est pas suffisante pour l’acheteur.

I washed these by hand before seasoning them and they rusted immediately. I did not let them soak. I gave them a quick wash with warm soapy water. That's it. I never even got to use them. I'm not going to put food in a rusty pan. Total waste of money.
