I cook with this skillet almost every night, Its great for stir fry with the heat distribution i can move my food around easy with the size of the bottom.The more I cooked in it, the easier it is to clean.

I love this cast iron braiser! It is nice and heavy duty and functional yet beautiful! It is a solid cast iron piece with a nice smooth enamel finish. The color is a creamy off white with a brushed silver knob on top. It really looks classy. So far I have only made one dish in it, an Alfredo bake, and it made cooking so much easier being able to go from the stove top to oven using just the one pan (plus the pot for boiling the pasta)! I was able to brown the sausage and sautee the mushrooms, then bake the casserole in the oven. I can't wait to try braising beef tips in this next!

I have used it several times already for braises and stews, heats well and evenly on stove top, have not baked in it yet. The fond came off very easily, beautiful cream color, quite sturdy. The true test will be to see if it will chip color easily, but so far so good for having it a few months. It is kind of heavy though, but pretty enough to serve from stove/oven to table, and matches my cream color kitchen cabinets.

I've had this for about a month now. I bought it because I wanted to replace all of my toxic teflon pans.It takes a bit getting used to the non-stick but when heated properly, it's pretty amazing.Sits on my stove all day because it's pretty and I use it everyday - too lazy to lift it in and out of the cabinet as it's cast iron and heavy.Perfect size for making meals for my family of 4 (with leftovers). Good searing ability - burns will stick but I boil with a little bit of cream of tartar and scrape right off with a silicone spatula.The only complaint I have is that it's starting to scratch and scuff - makes me think it might be paint and not enamel? Which defeats the purpose of replacing my other potentially toxic pans.

Absolutely love this! It's quite the show piece, made from cast iron so it's nice and solid. I love collecting cast iron enameled pieces and it's just as nice as some of le Creuset pots I have. Bought this as a gift for someone and I would love for it to come back in stock to buy one for myself!
