Lithograph letter sent with product advising of warranty and offering customer service off the bat. Pretty good other than a hand written letter which would be very difficult if selling any type of volume. Product came as described, feels sturdy, can't wait to see how it holds up through extended use. Warranty in place.... they have found a new customer for upcoming purchases.
