Haydel's Game Calls, Inc. is family owned and operated, and has been in business for nearly 40 years. The owner, Rod Haydel is a national champion caller and the majority of Haydel's employees are both hunters and callers.

For those that left reviews saying they received "just the bottom of the call", they received the whole call. It is supposed to look like half of the call. That's how it is designed.This call sounds great when you can blow it. When I am at home in my shop or in the house I have very little trouble blowing the call. Here and there the call seems to stick but its rare. When I am in the duck blind it seems like its hit or miss if I can blow it or not. Sometimes the call seems easy to blow and make a great sound, sometimes it seems like you have to blow the heck out of it to get it to make a sound. Other times you can try to blow it and its as if the end is plugged up and now amount of force can get it to break and make a sound.I still really like the sound it makes when I can blow it. It has definitely gotten a few woodies to come in as well. I am not sure if mine is defective or not but, I wouldnt get your hopes up that it is going to work 100% of the time.

Loved the call to begin with, but when you’re really getting down on it for some high pitch she gave up the ghost. White piece came loose and sounds like crap now “similar to letting the air of a balloonâ€, cheap call but it sounded great while it lasted.
