Leaks a little, but hoping it slows to a stop after a bit (like the part I replaced) since I’m using thread compound.Glad they offer this for adding waste discharge.

Wanted to replace just the plug portion of the valve but hayward does not have this part listed on their valve parts list, making you have to purchase a new one. The original valve leaked after 2 weeks!!

I needed a way to clean my pool floor that was full of dead algae in the beginning of the season after i cleaned it. My filter and pump did not have the option of releasing the dirty water outside and this product did the trick.
