Bougth it to install a solid state drive into an old tower. The product came with screws and cables (nice touch). I had to drill new hole into the bracket because it is designed for a center installation. My drive connection and position was to the left front. The bracket holes were centered. But it worked out. Great price.

Keep them on hand for my ssd upgrades. Fit most drive bays and most ssd drives. A couple times the screws didn’t line up correctly, had to drill additional mounting holes. Correct hardware and even a screwdriver. Worth the price

Stamped out and painted. Feels sharp, but not enough to cut you. Run a file over it if you must. Good value for the price. They give you screws and a little screwdriver with it.

The material quality is very good. However, the screw slots did not exactly match those in my desktop case and I used only two slots instead of the four provided. The screw holes are also slightly smaller so I have to improvise to make them fit. For some reasons the SATA cables provided did not function well with my motherboard's 6Gb/s connectors.

This adapter was so much cleaner than velcroing this drive to the side and I can easily remove the drive if I need to. Spend the few extra bucks and do it right.
