4 Steps to Split HDMI Signal Onto 2 Displays
Step 1: Plug In The USB C Power Cable
(5V 1A) USB-C Powered design ensures stable video transmission and better performance. Please keep this HDMI splitter always connected with a power source when using (USB-C cable included, Power adapter NOT included). NOTE: Ensure the splitter is powered if it is not working properly.
Step 2: Connect 1 HDMI Source Device
Connect this HDMI Splitter's input port to compatible with one TV box, computer, PS5, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, DVD player, and more.
Step 3: Connect 2 HDMI Dsiplay Device
Connect this HDMI Splitter's output port such as TV, monitor, projector, capture card, and more. For 4K resolution, the frequency can't above 30Hz. Note: If you are connecting 2 monitors with different resolution and refresh rates, the actual resolution and refresh rates will be restricted by the lower one's performance.
Step 4: Check the LED lights

FAQ
1. No signal, can not recognize the device:
a. Check the LED lights. If the LED lights are off, confirm that the USB-C supply is connected.
b. Make sure to set the right HDMI channel on the HDMI source device and HDMI display devices. If the HDMI source device supports 4K@60Hz, please lower it down to 4K@30Hz to make it work properly.
c.Make sure the length of your HDMI cables is within 66ft/20m.
2. Different resolution display
a. If the maximum resolution of the two displays is not the same, it will show the lower resolution display.
b. Please manually lower the video source device's resolution to the minimum resolution of the two displays, or it will only show on the higher resolution display.
3. No audio
Go into the system: Preferences→Sound→Output→Audio. Change the audio output to your TV or other devices.
4. Indicator lights are off
a. Connect the USB-C supply.
b. Please make sure all the connection is tight.
C. Please make sure you have turned on all devices and the connection of your devices is right.

Got new tv box and needed to run an hdmi cable to two tv in the basement and garage. Made all cable connections and power supply to the usb port. Unit work exceptionally well with audio and video signals great. Was so impressed I bought a second one for another hook up down the line works great. A great purchase.

I wanted to use another TV in another room without paying the greedy cable TV firm for another monthly rental of another "cable box" and an increased monthly bill.I bought some long HDMI cable, this device, and one of those long wire IR extenders (infra-red remote control extender wires- also from Amazon).Using all three items I can just walk into the other room, aim my remote at the IR extender mounted on the bottom edge of the TV, and turn on the cable box in the other room and change channels. The same remote handles the TV also since it is the same brand of TV.

For my use this device did not work. It reduces the output resolution making the picture much smaller. This happens using both wired direct transmission and Miracast dongle input. None of these happen when I transfer video from my Android phones without duplicating the output, so not sure what this thing does on this scenario, but limits the experience by shrinking the picture. Also hated the proprietary power input that makes it mandatory to feed the device with the short included cable.Update 1 (from 2 to 4 stars): I increased the rating because I was able to workaround the issue a couple of different ways. 1. When broadcasting with Chromecast it does go full screen. However there're limitations, as this method won't allow you to use your phone speakers as the audio source, and every app supports it, and it will shut off your phone screen, disabling it as a second screen if desired. For instance, you won't be able to broadcast an IG live for let's say a work out session. This is the case when the standard Miracast transmission comes in handy.2. I was able to broadcast full screen wired (USB-C to HDMI) using a 16:9 aspect ratio option that BlackBerry phones natively provide. I have not been able to get do this with any other phone, and there is when using my Microsoft Miracast dongle fails to broadcast at full screen. I have not tried with any other Miracast adapters.Update 2 (from 4 to 5 stars): I realized one of the two screens was the one causing the trouble and even restricting the projection size on the other screen. The splitter had actually nothing to do with the issue, therefore I am giving this device the 5 star rating it deserves.

This was part of a solution I came up with to allow the output of my Roku to get split to both my Visio HDTV and to my old Toshiba RD-XS32 analog DVR via a Dingsun HDMI to RCA Converter (see my separate review of the Dingsun). When I'm watching a streaming program live without recording, the picture straight to the HDTV is perfect. (If instead I watch the recorded content from the DVR it's just SD quality, but of course I get the use of a FF button.) Anyhow, I needed to split the HDMI signal out of the Roku to two different places and this ZACCAS HDMI splitter fits the requirement perfectly. The only minor annoyance is the need for powering the unit via a USB charger; ZACCAS provides the USB cable but you are responsible for rifling through your drawers and coming up with a USB phone charger that we all have from our cell phones of days past. I had no issue with the ZACCAS splitter, just plug and play.

Opened packaged and plugged into our Roku and PS5 and it did not work at all. Also , there was no light indicating power.

I would say it is a nice product but it did not say in the description that would have helped me that it only shares the one line and not be noticed as two lines when attached to computer monitors. I was trying to run a dual monitor setup but like to have the monitors be different screens.I rated this as a 3 for user knowledge. The product code be a 4.75 for the product itself.

seems high quality, works perfectly. 2 minutes to install it.Must be USB powered to work. they supply 2 cables, 1 short, HDMI and 1 Cat C usb, U need to have your own, USB power sourceI ran a 50' HDMI cable to a second T.V (purchased separately) and used this splitter along with a IR remote repeater, (purchased separately) to access my Bell express Vu PVR and receiver in another room.
