KVM works as advertised. I have primary gaming PC 4k 120Hz, work laptop 1080p 120Hz (via USB-C 'dock'), and ubuntu server 4k 60Hz using ports 1,2,3 respectively. All are HDMI. Output to TV is HDMI. KVM has performed flawlessly for the first few days so far. The remote is small but solid. The IR extender is a nice feature so I don't have the point the remote at the unit. I just leave the switch On and use the remote to select whatever PC I want to use after I turn on my TV. It's great, wish I would have gotten this sooner. I tried to use USB switches with multiple HDMIs to the TV, but this is so much more convenient. As solid and nicely built as this seems, I'm surprised there are no feet for it. I used some stick on rubber bumper pads a few mm thick and now it sits on the desk nicely. I got this for 140 after 30 coupon and I think it's not a bad deal at all. This is one of, if not the only, 4x PC/3x Monitor that can do 120Hz at 4k resolution. Very pleased with it. Happy that I got the 4 PC model, because I needed 2, wanted 3, and can totally find a reason to use the 4th.

My monitors only take HDMI. I thought I could use a DisplayPort to HDMI cable between the KVM switch and my monitor. It didn't work. My first thought was to just return the defective unit to Amazon and try another one. However, I decided to give the product support a chance.Included in the box is a business card saying to send an email to this email if you need help. I did so on a Saturday and got a reply 30 hours later on Sunday. After some back and forth (with support responding within an hour each time after the initial 30 hour wait), I was told that I specifically needed a "BENFEI Active DisplayPort to HDMI, DP to HDMI Adapter(4K@60Hz) Compatible with HP, ThinkPad, AMD, NVIDIA, Desktop and More - Male to Female, Space Gray" to connect from the DisplayPort on the KVM to the HDMI on my monitor.I have no idea why that adapter works, but it does. And the KVM works great.

I've used expensive KVM switches at work and this one rivals some of those. For the money this KVM switch does everything I need it to plus I really like the remote switch button. I mounted the button under the desk top so it's convenient but out of sight.The additional USB ports on the front are great and worked out of the box.For a small, compact but functional KVM switch this one is great.

I have used other KVM switches but this is the most functional and easy! There seem to always be quirks… not with this unit. Switch back and forth easily and even share usb thumb drive out attached external hdd with both stations via usb.

The KVM works as advertised. However, one notable item left out of the description is the EDID support, or lack thereof. The HDMI port supports it according to similar KVM descriptions; my experience was that the HDMI monitor would retain its connection about 50% of the time. The DisplayPort monitors never retained their connection, and alternating between PCs took extra time as each PC would have to re-learn their displays.Coming from a dual-monitor HDMI KVM that fully supported EDID, I am having to revert back. This will require me to change the input on my third monitor, but that is far more convenient than the lack of EDID.Otherwise, the KVM worked great, and I have no complaints for the two days I tried it.

The unit is overall as described, but often loses my 4k DP screen, sometimes blinking and then losing picture entirely. Swapping to another source and back usually corrects the error, but it's annoyingly frequent.

I have a desktop and laptop that I use regularly. The laptop has some software on that I need to use on the move, and for data reasons, I can't install it on both machines. For a long while I would have to make do using the small screen on the laptop even when at home, but now, thanks to this clever device I have both machines wired up to a single mouse and keyboard.Setting it up didn't take too long. It did take me a couple of attempts to get all the monitors and USB mouse and keyboard plugged in and working, but once I did it worked superbly.Now, all I have to do is press a little button on the front of the unit and the contents on the display change from my laptop to the desktop and I just carry on typing on the keyboard and using my mouse as normal. I also have the benefit of having a 21 inch monitor displaying the contents of the laptop rather than the 8 inch screen that comes with it (it is a seriously small and very portable laptop).Been using it for about a month and it has worked perfectly every day and switching couldn't be easier.

I'm using this KVM with two computers and it works great.I'm basically sharing a wireless keyboard and mouse via a USB receiver connected to the KVM and then sharing the same monitor connected to the KVM. I'm using 4K 60Hz for my monitor.Switching is pretty much instantaneous and I have not had any issues. This allows me to keep my desktop neat and one of my computers, a laptop, can stay in clamshell mode on a set of draws under the table. Again, keeping my desktop area nice and neat.The construction is really good, it's an alloy exterior and I don't have any concerns with wear and tear over time.

Very easy to set up and switching between susytems is nice and quick. Manufacturing quality is good, the unit looks very professional.
