Buyer beware!!! This is this Worst product I have ever purchased online and I shop online frequently! I was so excited to buy this as a gift for a teacher friend that loves to read and has an extensive book collection. However, not only was the shipping delayed causing it to arrive well after Christmas when I had ordered it 4 weeks in advance, when it arrived, the imprinting/embossing is terrible! Only parts of some of the words are visible no matter how much pressure is applied and the tree emblem is non-existent! I would have given zero stars if I could have. My numerous attempts at contacting the seller have gone unanswered and I have not been offered a refund or exchange. I’m extremely disappointed and out a significant amount of money for garbage! I would not recommend ordering this product or anything from this company/seller!!

The product works but can with some damage to the box and parts falling off. Not sure who to blame for that

This is the worst! Does not work! Took weeks to come in! What a waste!! For starters it came wrapped in 2-ply toilet paper. Um gross. Secondly it looks like fancy toenail clippers that forgot how to do their job. And lastly, I want a refund and I want it now.

This doesn’t work. It was a gift for my daughter and we are very disappointed that it doesn’t work. We are waiting to see if the seller will reimburse us.
