First, having this delivered for free was amazing. It’s something like 250 lbs and the Amazon delivery guys did a great job getting it into my garage.It’s packed as a box within a box for extra protection. Was a heck of an effort getting the boxes opened but no issues after that. It’s nearly full assembled. All you’re really doing is attaching the legs with wheels and snapping on the storage accessories. The actual assembly was maybe 20 minutes and most of that was maneuvering the two table sections.Once assembled, it looks so professional! Love how it folds into two separate halves that can be independently moved around. The table is very sturdy and has a very clean look.It had everything I was looking for in a table and more. Cannot recommend this enough. Worth every penny.

It's been a long slow lesson for me, but I have gradually learned that I've rarely regretted buying higher quality stuff. There are cheaper tables out there, but after I put this one up and played it a bit, I'm really glad I went with this product. The shipping was unbelievably fast. Literally, I did not believe how fast it came. I ordered on a Friday afternoon and was given several time options to pick from for delivery on Saturday, the next day. I picked the 6:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. slot and was shocked when they actually delivered the table at about 8:00 a.m. The table was very easy to assemble - it's just a matter of attaching the rolling legs - and it moves around very easily. I haven't tried the tilt feature, but it seems like that will be easy, too. It looks great and has a high quality feel to it. My advice, pay the extra $20 to have them move it to where you need it. The standard free shipping is just to move it to the first room in the house. This thing is extremely heavy and the large box makes it very difficult to move around, especially if you have to go up or down steps. Pay the extra $20! Great table. If you're going to have it a while, spring for the extra to buy this one rather than a $200-$300 table. I think it is well worth the extra money.

Was concerned after reading some reviews about this item possibly arriving damaged from rough handling during shipping. It was packaged extremely well and there is no damage at all. I just assembled it and everything went very smoothly. It is very well constructed and couldn’t be happier with the purchase, except that the price just dropped significantly after I purchased it. Oh well. Also, paying the $20 to have it moved into my basement was money very well spent because it is heavy and it was a workout for the two men who delivered it. I chose this option at check out with Amazon.

Ordering our new ping pong table from Amazon was actually a great experience. It was very well packaged for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. The corner of the box had a little damage, but it was well protected inside the box. It’s easy to move, and easy to fold up, in spite of being so heavy. It’s helpful that it’s in two separate pieces. I was doubtful that the net clamps would hold the two sides together and it would stay in place, but it surely does!! This was a great purchase for our family, the kids come in from playing with the biggest smiles. And helps gives us more quality family time together. This is a great table, very sturdy and the charcoal table top reduces glare and looks very sleek. You can’t go wrong with this particular table if you are looking for something well designed and well made that will last more than just a couple of seasons. I highly recommend it!!! And one more thing… the wheels are amazing on this thing. They are made to support the weight!!! Easy set up for one strong adult and one preteen.

Table is great quality. Nice thick board, easy to assemble. Board has a heavy scratch and the ball holder was damaged. Scratch looks bad, but is only cosmetic, the ball bounces fine. Will likely touch up with a market. The packaging had less foam, cardboard than I would have expected based on the weight. Not enough damage for me to haul back upstairs and schedule a return, just annoyance. Would like a replacement ball holder.

Great value for the price ( it was missing one leveler though, and I need that sent to me pls )This table has a 18mm table top that is much thicker than most tables on hereIt’s sturdy, has an incredible even bounce compared to my old table.It it’s easy to fold. Easy to maneuver. Stores nicely without taking up much room in my garage and it looks fantastic.All around great purchase that I would recommend to anyone.I did all the searching and read reviews online and it came down to this one I got from HEAD, and the Joola, but so many people talked about the customer service with Joola being so poor that I didn’t want to have to deal with it in case I had any issues with the table for any reason.I am happy with my choice and the table is a 9.9 out of ten.The only issue was a missing leveler that was obviously missed when it was being built or shipped. Accident happen and I get it.But I need one sent to me pls.Thanks.

WE just got this table a few days ago and we were thrilled with the quality and appearance. It was, as advertised, pretty easy to put together and the two sides line up perfectly. The net is super easy to put on and take off and the built in storage for paddles and balls is a great feature. It plays beautifully, my husband and I had a ball playing. The extra thick top and protected edges are terrific features. We read a lot of reviews and chose this one over Joola as there were a large number of Joola reviews where people had very poor experiences with that company. Only had it a few days but so far, so good... and the $20 add on fee was well worth it as the took it downstairs where we needed it.
