Looks like it might work well. It has two thin layers of copper on each surface with some other material inside. That is likely good as it may allow it to compress to seal any gaps and prevent any bolt creeping. Unfortunately I ordered this before realizing that this may be great for stock heads with square exhaust ports, but we replaced our heads with Edelbrock heads with round exhaust ports, so this wouldn’t work properly with that. But that’s my fault.

I installed shorty headers in my Tbi Chevy 350 and have had to tighten the header bolts every month or so. I installed these gaskets and don’t have to retighten the bolts anymore. These don’t leak. I am happy with them.
