I love my Heat Holder thermal socks! I have a small foot (size 5 1/2 women's) and so I ordered the children's US size 3-6 1/2 and they fit perfectly. They are very warm and soft and have helped to keep my feet warm. They are VERY thick socks so you do need extra room in your shoes. They are not the most fashionable sock but make up for looks in warmth. They have a toe seam but not really a heel...almost like a tube sock but with a slight heel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with cold feet.

It says kid's size, but fits perfectly on my feet! (My shoe size is womens 6.5)
