The product came damaged and there’s no instructions on how to swap out the pieces to press different items. Top plate sways and doesn’t stay in place because of the broken piece.

Instructions aren't very good and a bit confusing but the machine itself is amazing and does an amazing job. I love it!!!

The cup heat part is a waste! Does not work. The heat press is fine. Have not use the plate attachment
