I have been using mattress heating pad for a month now, and I am very happy. This is well designed product. Works as described. I actually look forward to going to bed now (in the winter).I spend several hours looking for the mattress pad that I wanted, reading reviews and studying specifications. This one fit all my criteria for mattress heating pad, including wide heating area, and not a fitted pad, cotton, works well per reviews.I was hesitant to purchase this product because it was relatively new to the market. After ordering the product, I realized that most of the reviews were Amazon Vine reviews, and then I noticed the seller seemed new to this kind of product. I almost cancelled the order, but decided that sometimes people who do not have a long track record can make great products. When the box arrived in an unassuming white blue box with a weird looking vacuum packed thing without markings for a size inside the box, I considered heavily returning the product.Luckily for me, I opened the plastic vacuum sealed wrapper, and behold, inside there was this delightful, well made, well engineered, well working product, as advertised. I find out that it is easy and intuitive to use. The instructions were small but clear. I knew the wires for the controllers and power were short and they would be at the end of the bed. I actually appreciate that, and see it as a great feature. I like the fact that I do not have electrical power whirling around my head, and I really do not need to use the remote after setting it up. There are two power cords and two controllers, on power cord and one controller for each side of the king size bed.This product is very nice, well made, and I now look forward to going to bed, warm bed. No more cold sheets. I now have a warm bed in a cool room. I have a Tempurapedic mattress, a very soft one. No problem there. Also, the mattress pad is a perfect fit to my mattress (does not go over on the sides. It stays put under my fitted sheet.I was looking forward to writing this review. Well designed product. Easy to use. I really like it. Thank you.

My bedroom is so cold at night I was considering getting a heater but cannot find one that I liked. I saw this and figured I would try it. I keep so warm at night now. The thing I like most is the different temperature settings. The only thing I didn't like was there were no instructions so it took a little playing around to find out how everything worked.

The product heats the bed well, and the ability to heat one side without heating the other is very good. The main drawback that keeps me from giving it the 5th star is that the connections to the pad for the controllers are at the top of the mattress and the controller cords are too short for me to keep the controllers on the nightstand because of it. Either the controllers need longer cords or the connections to the pad for the controllers need to be at the base of the mattress instead of at the top.

We have several of these heated mattress pads. On a cold night, there is nothing like slipping into a comfy bed. No cold sheets here! Easy to control the temperature. Even the cat loves it! She curls up and enjoys it too!

Purchased this late Nov24. Its been used in a guest room about 6 times over the last 2 months. Last evening the pad did not heat on the left side. The code is EE but shows no information about what this means. The right side controller does the same thing when plugged into the left side. Unplugging and replugging to the wall outlet shows no change. There is no contact information for customer support in the received document that was shipped with the product.

This product would be a great deal if it weren't for 2 shortcomings. First off, you will need 2 electrical outlets, one for each control. Second issue is the controls are in line with the plugs and situated too close to the mattress top, so after you put a sheet on the mattress, the controls can only be left hanging near the bottom of the sheet and are really hard to access or use comfortably.

So I got this mattress PAD it’s not like a regular heated mattress pad it’s better easy to put on bed stays in place no lumps I love this best and I have heated mattress pads on every bed I use from Michigan to Alabama. LOVE IT

Best money we’ve ever spent! If you live in a cold house, this is a total game changer. There’s nothing like getting into a warm bed at night. Super easy to use! I love that you can set each side to a different temperature.
