All ratings reviewed prior to my purchase were good. When using the heated mattress pad cover experienced all heat settings are the same - too warm/hot for comfort.

This has been a great product so far. I keep it set on low and it’s the perfect warmth for me, not too hot, because I definitely don’t want to be hot when I sleep. The controls and instructions could be much better, more explanatory, but the pad seems to work well.
