We purchased this towel warmer for a guest bathroom remodel. We ordered the black to match the faucets and other decor and it's perfect. I love the low profile and it doesn't take up much space. We had a small wall next to our tub/shower that wasn't big enough for a nice wall decor. But the space was perfect for this towel rack. It has the option for hardwire installation or plug-in. We wanted a clean look so we had our electrician hardwire it and remove the cord. The installation took less than an hour and it looks amazing next to our tub/shower. The heating is just right. Remember, it's a towel "warmer" not a heater. It warms the towels perfectly and in about the time it takes to shower. I also love that it has the tap button controls hidden underneath. So I don't worry about it accidentally turning on and off (NOTE: if your home is prone to circuit breaker trips, you'll need to remember to turn it off after flipping the breaker if it's hard-wired). We've had it installed for about 8 months. I plan to purchase another for the master bathroom remodel.

Very nice size and looks great in our remodeled bathroom. I do wish it would offer different heat settings or a thermostat. Towels are not super warm to dry with but love the fact that they do dry the towels after use for those that reuse their towels. We love the nice smaller size.

We returned ours after a couple of brief tests. The heat reached a point where we thought it could burn our skin. The heater doesn’t come with any user instructions, and it doesn’t have an on/off switch or a thermostat. It’s not safe, and it shouldn’t even be on the market.

Was very excited for this and even hardwired it (and added a switch to cut power to it since it just had touch controls.After a few minutes the bats will be very hot, you would not be able to grip them for too long. That’s great.Once you hang a towel on it though, it hangs in front of the vertical heating bars, leaving an air gap that prevents any type of detectable warming. Might be good to dry towels over hours, but you won’t have a nice warm out of the dryer experience.Only way I found to lightly warm it to expected levels was involves weaving the towel through the vertical bars to maximize contact, but that just warms a few strips a bit.It’s just not a good design although it functions. Will probably try a horizontal one as a replacement.

Love this addition to my bathroom! Easy to install and works great heats up quickly.Has 3 time settings Red 24hr Blue 5hr and Green 8hr.

Towel rack gets very warm and was perfect for my limited wall space. Like the timer feature. Took a bit longer to install than I expected though. There is no templet or mounting measurements included. Must install the mounting "spools" on wall level and pretty much exactly measured in order for the rack to install. A templet would have been so much easier!!

We have tried everything and we can get warm towels. We even tried warming overnight.How do I get to Steve , like the person in the review, or anyone at the company ?We had the towel bar installed hard wired by an electrician. Love the look but it doesn’t work !

Another item for our bathroom remodel. I really like the verticals bars, towels and robes hang easily from the built In hooks and are cosy within minutes.We bought two, one installed by the shower and the other on another wall.They look great and lend a European tone to our modern bathroom.Well made, stylish and good value for money. Easy to install and operate.
