This product says that it is "heavy duty" in the title. But they are very very flimsy and cheap. I could bend them with hardly any effort and they did not stay together with our grommeting machine. Also the diagram photos say the barrel of the grommets are 1/4", which isn't true. They are 1/8". Do not get these, they are not accurate or good quality.

Some of the grommets were out shape and some grommets didn’t press well together.

This product is not as advertised by two dimension which were important to my application. Although the grommet is a "1/2" grommet, the flange width dimension is advertised 6/7 which is 0.85 of an inch, but the actual dimension is 6/8 which is 0.75 of an inch. This may seem like not much of a difference but when flanging for certain fabrics, it makes a lot of difference for flange grip. So beware. Also the advertised 1/4 inch depth is only 3/16 of an inch but for thinner fabrics that variation may not make that much of a difference. Beware for thicker fabrics.

The product description says “heavy dutyâ€. They are certainly not that. They are very thin and lightweight. They might work for light cloth like a garden flag, which is what I will use them for, but for canvas or heavy material like a blue tarp, definitely look elsewhere.

Doesn't work or fit with the grommet installer I have. I'd like a refund please. First time something I've ordered is no good for me! I don't know what to do. Help me please.

Updating to one star: I installed one of these grommets in a sound-deadening blanket and hung it up. The grommet ripped out within a few hours. I would expect the grommet to last the lifetime of the blanket, which woud be measured in years not minutes...The ring that makes up the inside of the grommet is very thin; it barely covers the hole when it's attached. The product image shows a fairly thick ring (or donut if you will) but that's not what I received.
