Wrong. Just wrong. Sturdy, yes, it is not going to fall apart. When assembled the seating height range, from floor to seat surface is 23 inches to 29 inches, not 13 to 18.75. The frame with no wheels, no seat, no height adjuster is 13 inches. So if you need a 13 inch seating height for say doing brakes and want to sit on the bare metal frame and throw everything else in the box away... this will work perfectly for you. I have old office chairs that go lower than 23 inches. The "Laser cut 'S' Speedway logos", were not thought out. There are two tiny little tabs left holding the 4 logos in place after cutting is done effectively leaving four flimsy 1.5 inch 'knock outs.' Paints very soft was rubbed dull in the box. See heights included, if that works for you and you aren't going to mind big holes in each frame leg and touch up spray bombing it... I'm done ragging on this, on to finding one that is what it says it is.
