Scale works great and has been a blessing but I broke this display that shows the weight - how can I get a new display. I don't want to buy a new scale when I just need the display.

The instructions were really hard to u n derstand. Probably not written by someone who speaks English. But they seem to call for calibrating the scale with a fifty pound weight. Who has one of those lying around around? Anyway, plug it in, turn it on, and weigh. Works great. No calibration seemed to be needed. You can put an empty wheelchair on it first, press the tare button and then it will automatically subtract the weight of the wheelchair.

I am unable to get the thing to weigh right. I possibly messed up on calibration but now it doesn't give the correct weight. I need help. The instruction manual was not good at all. There's no customer service number. Is tgere anyway of resetting the thing? I hope i didn't waste my money with this purchase

Be sure to have 300lbs of dead weight available to calibrate. Has been wonderful for my daughter.
