Didn't want to buy another Navigator for 400.00 since I am moving soon. Cleaning by hand for the summer so this was an easy money saver. No complaints and the price was right.

Does a nice job moving around my kidney-shaped pebble-tec pool, with its flexible head. Nice product.

The hose fitting is to loose causing the vacuum line to fall off and the swivel get jammed so the head won't stay against the pool walls and floor. It's a good idea poorly designed and even more so in its construction.

We have a Hayward Navigator for our pool. However, it often doesn't reach all of the locations of the pool when cleaning (especially the shallow end). I was looking for a manual pool cleaner that could attach to our vacuum system and a pole. This item fits the bill exactly. It was easy to attach and get up in running in less than a minute. Within 5 minutes, I had cleaned the bottom of our pool easily. As a disclaimer, we live in Florida and have a cage, so most of our debris is fine sediment that comes from adding salt to the pool and/or rainstorms that bring dust into the water. I am not sure how well it works on larger debris, like leaves, but it works excellent on the smaller sediment.Some other reviews indicated that the wheels don't roll. I have not had that problem. I think it probably depends on your pool surface. Ours is fiberglass and the wheels roll perfectly. I could see with slicker surfaces like tile, it may not roll.Overall, this is 5 stars, especially for the price!

I have the normal pool vacuum and the colors were starting to fade so I started looking for a new one. One day while browsing for pool accessories on Amazon, I came across this upgraded pool vacuum which had brushes on the sides and bottom and decided to try it out.Once it arrived I could tell it was made well, because the box was heavy. The vacuum is similar to the ones I have used for years but has brushes on the sides and bottom. The brushes on the bottom are very stiff, they are longer then the wheel depth so the wheels really dont roll that well.Its very good at brushing the bottom of the pool, but to push it back and forth is difficult and the bottom is not sucking directly to the floor. It does work, but bit different then you are probably use too. I think if they made the brushes smaller or the wheels larger it would work lot better.

We used this in our inground pool. I found it to work well, but I think it would be better if the wheels were a bit larger, thus raising the head a little and making it roll smoother. It did a better job than our triangular brush head, that one seemed to be scattering the fine dirt and putting it in suspension. This one didn't do that. The part that you attach the hose to was not a good fit, the hose kept coming off. I had to get some electrical tape and wrap it around this piece a couple times for the hose to stay on. Problem solved, but I thought it would fit better without the tape. Overall this is a good head for specific uses, I will probably change the heads depending on the need.
