3.125" Shackle Kit
This LLANNDER Heavy Duty Trailer Shackle Kit Compatible with CRE3000, Stock and Equaflex with 3-1/8 inch Shackles, Tandem Axle Truck/Trailers. Replaces# UO12-021. It can be used for Boat Trailer / Camper / Car Hauler / Snowmobile Trailer / Utility Trailer and so many other applications. Please check which size you need before order.
Shackle Bolt
This shackle bolt is made of 35CrMo which is a kind of alloy steel for engineering purpose.
- It has high durability and creep strength at high temperature, and low temperature impact toughness is good.
- And it is forged to reach a tensile strength of 150,000psi.
- SAE Grade is 8.1.
Shackle Bushing
This shackle bushing is made of Cu-based powder metallurgy.
- The high-performance bushings help to protect greasable bolts, reduce friction and wear.
- Compare with plastic bushings and bronze bushings, this bushing extends use time, for more durability.
Shackle Strap & Locking Nut
This shackle strap and locking nut are made of steel A3.
- The thickness of the shackle strap is approximate 1/2 inch.
- They provide smoothness throughout the suspension.

I’d probably say the shackles are thicker and fit better than the lippert brand. Fit perfectly and great value for the money. Too no time to put them on vs the flimsy stock shackles from factory. Grease fitting work and do what they’re supposed to do. Would buy again!

This product is made well and heavy duty.The only problem I see with this setup is the bolts that goes through the hanger on my trailer is 3/8 thick.The bolts has the kneeling at the head of bolt to grip the inside hole of the hanger.The problem is the kneeling part is to long and it wouldn't allow the bolt to go all the way through the bushing of the spring.The bolts are actually made for the heary straps that was included in the kit.

it was a good expierience ti install make sure to keep a old bolt from old assembly use it to install new bushings .

Would of been 5 stars BUT I can install some locknuts by hand.Had to buy 12mm nylock nuts.

These installed well on my tandem axle fifth wheel. My first impression is they should last a long time.

Everything you need in the kit.Only issue I encountered was the need to file back the knurling on some of the pins otherwise they will bind to the bush which would inhibit movement.
