The product is excellent but the way they want it put up sucks. They want one to hang the shelving on one side and then put the brackets up for the other side. I found it easier to hang all the brackets and then put a bolt in opposite sides. One can actually install this solo if you do that. The product is great though, very strong!

These racks are well made and easy to put up. A life saver if you have limited space.

This is a Chinese product that does not lineup to US standards. It is poorly constructed.

I was beyond satisfied with both the quality of the units and the customer service. My package for one of the storage units was damaged in transit ( I ordered 2 and one was perfect). When I contacted the company they were on it immediately, impressive in today’s world. They took care of my issue and were more than accommodating. I would recommend this overhead storage unit to anyone in the market for one.
