This is the second set I ordered. The first ones were the same way and I thought it was just a mistake. So I ordered another and it's the same way. The flange is too big for the pipe and just slides right over. It's literally impossible to bolt. Extremely disappointed.

I was thinking that the t parts that come in the package will mate to each other - not so. I sent these back and ordered p/n 21151. This is a ball/socket type design. So - the photos and description are not that good. The quality of the parts looked OK - but low rating because the Amazon description was not good.
