Not able to use item due to broken cap; not able to return item, either. Do not recommend purchasing item due to poor quality and broken cap.

I expected stir fry recipes that would use more components usually found in my kitchen. my mistake. Useful and I will see if I can find some of the different items to try a home

UPDATE: So far they are holding up great! I gave it only 4 out of 5 stars because. I was not able to see which recipes were on the bottle and when it came I only liked the one. There were supposed to be more inside the bottle but mine were missing :(...The bottle is just as shown. It cam early and it has a good thickness so it is not cheaply made and the etching seems like it will last. Below are the recipes on the side so you will know. I will try to write them to get the other recipes as I only like the one myself. But if you like these it seems a good buy will update later should it break or some such thing.1.Canton Oyster 2.Beijing Hoisin3.Sichuan Black Bean 3.Mandarin Orange

My only complaint is that the mouth of the bottle could be larger for ease of adding Ingredients. I love that recipes are on the bottle for ease of mixing. I took a cooking class from Helen Chen & loved it. Because of her, I ordered this item & ex-etc to use it often.
