Needed a replacement for the backup alarm on my RV. This one is essentially an exact replacement for what I removed. The biggest challenge had more to do with the installation location than the alarm unit itself. Had to fabricate the electrical connection because the original unit had a proprietary connector/plug. Maybe added five minutes to the installation time.

Beeper is pretty loud! Waking up neighbors early in the morning when leaving the house. I just put gorilla tape over part of speaker to quiet it down a bit, and it works as it should now with no pissed off neighbors!

Does what it says it will do. Loud. Nice variable voltage range. I like the screw terminals versus other wire attachment methods. Mine did not come with mounting hardware, only washers but no screws.

Lo compré para colocarlo en vehiculos utilitarios en donde es muy importante la seguridad en maniobras de reversa, fue sencilla su instalación y soportan la lluvia, el polvo el lodo y el sonido es fuerte. Lo recomiendo por su calidad y su relación costo-beneficio. Sólo debo añadir que Amazón no evalua el tiempo de entrega ni el trato de los paquetes de sus proveedores transportistas y cada dÃa lo hacen peor, es una lástima que Amazón México no pregunte a sus clientes sobre el servicio de sus transportistas porque son malos en la mayor parte de sus entregas, sobretodo Estafeta y le sigue DHL.
