My fiesta had a check engine light for a min saying something about a acceleration sensor. Did some research and it turns out the gas pedal as a whole needs to be replaced due to there being a sensor built into it. Dealership wanted 450 autozone wanted 150 for it. Rockauto was sold out of the cheap one and so it was time for an Amazon scour. Find this puppy right here for 60. States it wasn’t gonna be here from the 15th of nov to the 5th of dec. It got here about 3 days ago. Installed it onto my car which was extremely easy and check engine light is currently off.

I pulled out the original pedal from (US)2014 Fiesta SE 1.6 and the original oem part was a Hella pedal as well. Exact swap/fit. Thought ppl would like to know - wouldve helped when I was looking.

Sensor clear the check engine light, however within two two weeks it came back. I'm not sure if i got a defective unit, or if the quality is bad overall
