Not as loud as I would of hoped but I didnt check Db either. Deffinatly louder than stock. Will make your car sound like an old Volvo horn or a Mercedes as someone else has posted. Where ever someone said there is no + or - side is wrong. There is a + terminal. So if they dont work at first flip wires. No need for a power supply from battery. Will work right off stock wires if you cut the connectors and crimp on female blade terminal connectors. Fits great. And looks great. Installed on a 2006 subaru baja.

Purchased this as a replacement for our excavator. I only used 1 horn (the quieter of the 2) and it's still louder than the factory horn. The build quality seems good and hopefully, it will last longer than the OEM one did.

Some folks say these are slightly louder than stock and they are wrong. These are substantially louder than stock and have some incredible range. From 80’ away these left my ears ringing after a simple toot of the horn. Already ordering more Hella’s for my other vehicles

The volume and pitch of these really suck and are NOTHING compared to the stock horns on my Hawkeye Subaru Impreza wagon. Completely inadequate. Sure they look good in yellow but now it is super embarrassing to sound the horn. Quite disappointing having to pull the front bumper cover off now and re-install the original horns.

Bought as an upgrade to a 2021 Toyota Prius Prime. Was a model recommended on PriusChat. Tone is somewhat close to original, higher pitch (415 and 350 Hz) than I was hoping for. May be louder-- it is hard to tell without calibrated instrumentation.Though the tone is shrill, it's a definite two-tone, unlike the original parts, so may be more attention getting in that aspect. If I were to do it again I might get one deeper tone horn and keep one OE.I did not upgrade my wiring or add a relay, and the stock fuse is doing fine. Perhaps because these aren't that much of a performance boost, or current draw.

Build quality is superb. Sounds great. Volume is moderate and on the soft side. Go for it if you are looking for a high quality normal level quality sound

Packaging could have been better, the box was a little damaged but the product itself was in good condition.Appear to be the genuine Hella product as advertised.You get a relay included in the box however I didn't use it.You don't get any wires in the box so you will need to get your own, and make a connection between the two horns (hi & lo) and a connection from the hi to the vehicles original horn wiring.I had to remove the bumper from car to access the original horn and wiring, I then attached them to the crash bar behind the grill.The sound is loud, and the tone is a bit lower than the red Hella horns but still a lot higher than a standard snail type dual tone horn.I would recommend this horn to anyone looking to make their original horn louder or if you only have a single tone horn.There is an app you can download which allows you to listen to the different horns. Just search Hella Horns in the respective app storeplay store

Sonido muy potente y penetrante. Muy fácil de instalar. Calidad Hella. Recomiendo descargar la App Hella Horns, donde puedes escuchar el sonido de estas y otras bocinas de la marca. Para mà son las equilibradas en potencia y sonido. En mi caso se le ha cambiado a un Nissan Juke y la mejora es muy, pero que muy buena.
