Listened to the feed-back from millions of parents, we have made some updates to our HB6550 video baby monitors. Here are the key improvements:
- Extended Battery Life: Enjoy 16 hours in Video Mode and 30 hours in Voice Mode! 2000mAh to 3500mAh.
- Enhanced Night Vision Picture Quality
- Added an Antenna, Lift up the ANTENNA for an Excellent Signal
- Easier to be Installed: original one - with the hole at the bottom of camera; new one - without the hole (mounting screws included, the upgraded version makes mounting to the wall easier!). Our wall mounting shelf(not included) works with all HelloBaby baby cameras.

I love this monitoring system! I previously bought the one with multiple cameras, and then after much beat up from my kids, the screen got messed up on the inside. So I bought this one with the single camera to replace the monitor and have an extra camera. Turns out they updated it, which looks very nice and works very well, however it did not connect with my old cameras. I then reached out to their connecting support team, and they helped me in a very timely manner and were superb to work with!The camera is very clear and I love the zooming function, as well as the capability of adding on more cameras. The monitor is easy to use and can withstand a lot! I've never regretted getting this system for monitoring my kids!

We are huge fans of Hellobaby. Their monitors are durable, ideal for travel (no wifi needed), easy to set up, a great value, and their customer service is friendly, quick to respond, and consistently exceeds expectations. As others have noted, these monitors do what they do extremely well.Five years ago we purchased our first Hellobaby video monitor (3 inch screen), as we had heard very good things from family and friends. The monitor's battery held up surprisingly well after five years of round the clock use and the unit itself survived an embarrassing amount of wear and tear. I would cringe each time the monitor fell out of a bag onto concrete or got knocked off the counter onto the tile floor, expecting to find a cracked screen or broken antenna. Even after a recent 15 foot drop from the second floor, the only visible damage was a jammed power button. After everything the unit had been through it owed us nothing.Replacing our old unit with the HB6550 was an easy decision, as this company stands behind its products and goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. We really appreciate this model's larger screen, improved battery life, and ability to easily add multiple cameras. I highly recommend this monitor.

I bought this monitor/camera for my 4th baby. Our prior monitors had always lasted us several years, but it was time for a new one. I really liked this monitor and camera. It has a great range and I really like how I can adjust the camera remotely. I can see my baby easily no matter if it's dark or light in her room. It plays lullabies and I have the ability to talk to my baby through the monitor. The sound is very clear. After just over a year of use, our monitor very suddenly stopped playing sound. At first I was disappointed to see this one wouldn't last as long as other monitors we had previously used. I reached out to Hello Baby customer support via the link provided on the Amazon page where I purchased it. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a reply the very next day. I was able to send a video to show what was working and what was not working. Hello Baby support promptly offered to send me a new monitor. From my initial reach out, to receiving the new monitor, it was just a few days. I would definitely purchase Hello Baby products in the future or recommend them to others. Their customer service was impressive.

I've been using this HelloBaby monitor for almost two years, and it has been fantastic. The camera works great and I loved the monitor because of the size of the screen. The quality of the videos is really good and it’s great when there is light and with night vision too. I think it’s amazing for the price too. I noticed the battery lasts like 3 days for me which is amazing. Only thing I did not like is that the mount can only be flat on the wall so it’s hard to find a good angle. Otherwise amazing.

My husband and I are avid snowboarders we love heading up to the mountain in our rv and enjoying a snow filled weekend. After a long day of shredding there is nothing better than sitting outside by the fire pit watching snowfall and enjoying a drink. That’s where this baby monitor comes in! We added a sweet little baby girl to the mix this summer and of course her safety is our priority. Having a baby monitor that works on the mountain without Wi-Fi is a god send to ensure we have eyes and ears on our little girl snoozing while we are sitting just outside the rv.So thankful for this product! It has not let us down. Small, easy connection and set up. No WiFi needed. Clear picture and night vision. The ability to move the camera around from the tablet screen provided. Amazing price!

I received this camera as a gift roughly a year ago. After a few months of use, the sound stopped working on the monitor. I reached out to the company and let them know what happened, and worked with a lovely representative name Nora! She went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the issue, and when we could not get it working, they offered to work with me on sending a new monitor. We love this monitor! It has so many neat features, including temperature of the room and lullabies to play through the sound. It also has great visual even at night. I would highly recommend this product not only because it functions wonderfully, but the company that created it is amazing to work with.

Giving 4 stars cause it's easy to set up. Does what it says it does. Plus it in set a language and it's running. Simple. Couldn't give 5 stars because cause video quality isn't the best like at all but you CAN see clearly , camera delay to monitor is very minimal, and hear sound clearly through the monitor and camera both. For the money it's great for sure. If you want HD camera then look elsewhere to be honest.

La cámara funciona muy bien y el monitor también. No dura mucho la pila del monitor pero tampoco es que tenga que estar conectado siempre. La imagen es clara. Lo único mejorable es que la imagen está muy de cerca, hay que alejar un poco la cámara para tener una visión más amplia.
