Used them for 2014 F-150 3.5l super crew 5.5ft bed. Installed fairly easy without using jack. Used 3ft 2x4 to push End’s down to attach u bolts. Don’t notice much of a change if any with truck riding without pulling my trailer. With trailer (14’ single axle cargo with tools etc... 2,800lbs) drops the back of truck 1â€. Don’t notice much difference in ride with it installed. Have yet to pull my 7,000lb travel trailer.

Fantastic springs. The F-150's these days have crap for weight capacity without squatting and giving up. 480lbs of sand bags gave it a very noticeable squat.Anyways, I had to haul a U-Haul trailer with lots of heavy items back from Colorado to Texas a week ago. I got these springs out of ease of install and other ratings.These things were awesome, I have no idea how much weight was in the trailer but it was probably at or over its "rating". The truck with these helper springs did a phenomenal job on the drive home. It soaked up the weight well, kept the truck nice and level to keep the headlights where I wanted them and maintained a nice smooth ride.Even with the truck unloaded and the springs adjusted most of the way down it still rides like factory.Installation was very straight forward and easy, I had them on with the tires back on and the truck on the ground in under an hour.I will be buying these for future trucks and recommending them to friends.

I installed these helper springs on my 2011 Ford F150 Super Crew 4x4 without jacking it up or removing the tires. Everything went smoothly after I purchased an 8" C clamp. In order to put the remaining U-bolt on after either installing the front or back one first, you need the C clamp to clamp the other end in order to put the U=bolt on. In my case, I left 1" threaded bolt after putting on the first nut, but before the double nut, on both the front and rear U-bolt clamps. It's obvious the U-bolts on either side of the raised hat, in the middle, are just torqued down and double nutted. My instructions mentioned "lock" nuts, but only double nuts were included, which i think is better anyway! After installation I towed a 2005 Ford Expedition on a two axle trailer and it didn't even affect the rear stance of our Ford super crew. Without a load there was no noise or rattles of any kind. I'm extremely happy with my purchase! I'm also happy I purchased them thorough Amazon.com because, if there had been a problem, they always stand behind what they sell!!!

Bought these to add to my 20014 F-150 to help with pulling our camper and couldn't be happier. These went on so easy and are just what the doctor ordered to help keep the truck level when hauling heavy loads but not make it supper stiff when not hauling loads.

I was some what unimpressed by the "2000 lbs of load leveling that the springs were supposed to provide. I equipped my truck with these springs before adding my truck camper. The camper only weighs about 1850 lbs, loaded I probably reach the 2000 lbs mark. With the springs torqued all the way down I didn't find that they really improved the ride hight of the truck. I would expect that the truck should of squatted minimal with these springs equipped. Am I wrong?

Fit great quick easy install have not put anything in my truck yet or pulled anything but does have a noticeable ride height change

Product is amazing, No instructions came with them which was a problem as I didn't know how tight I needed to bolt everything down. Once I looked it up online and installed them they did an amazing job for carrying extra weight in my bed or when pulling my Fifth Wheel compared to the original springs alone.

Looked to be a very well made product. Would certainly have fit my needs. Unfortunately the inner u bolts were too narrow to fit over the factory springs.Also note that a surprise was that the factory overload spring has to be removed so it's not quite as easy an install for all vehicles.3 stars based on the extra surprise install required and that the spec'd unit didn't actually fit.
