I make bags and purses using canvas and often I have to walk my needle over the humps. Now I come up to a thick area. Lift my foot and slide it under from the back. One can use the smaller or taller portion. In addition, it can be used behind the presser foot or in front. Avoids the skipped odd size stitches when going over a large seam. Recommend.

Now that I’ve got some sewing under my belt, I can say that this little gadget has helped immensely when my domestic needs that little bit of help to get all of those seams under the needle. Great product. A necessity next to your domestic. No issues with transaction or delivery. Definitely recommend!

Ich hatte die Nahthilfe durch ein Video auf einer bekannten Plattform kennengelernt und mich spontan entschieden, sie zu kaufen. Danach lag sie allerdings längere Zeit ungenutzt in der Schublade herum. Bis ich einen Rucksack aus Softshell genäht habe und beim Absteppen echt Probleme hatte, weil der Stofftransport meiner Nähmaschine über dicke Stellen einfach nicht funktionierte. Da habe ich mich aus lauter Verzweiflung an die Nahthilfe erinnert und es damit versucht. Und siehe da: Es hat funktioniert! Ich bin begeistert und nutze gerade beim Absteppen dickerer Stoffe wie Sweat das Teil jetzt eigentlich immer, um unschönen Abweichungen beim Nahtbild entgegen zu wirken.
