Each insert conveniently measures 14 x 5 inches. It's important to note that our fabrics may experience shrinkage (up to 1.5 inches lengthwise) after washing, which is a normal occurrence and won't impact their performance.
Care:
To ensure the longevity and effectiveness of our inserts, we recommend washing them in warm water (up to 90°F), tumble drying on low heat, or line drying. Avoid boiling and the use of fabric softeners. Please exercise caution not to over-dry or hot-wash them above 90°F, as this can lead to misshapen edges.

They absorb, but air drying didn't go over well. I use these as overnights for the alva baby diapers in the pocket area. I dry on low heat and air dry the rest of the way so it stays soft.

So absorbent. I use 2 of these and a cotton insert at night and no leaks! Tried to use these by themselves and experienced leaks, but these are the “slow and steady†absorbers so that was my bad- combine them with another insert and it’s nighttime bliss. Context: 8 month old boy, we were in the process of weaning night feedings, so held up with 0-1 night feedings.

Very absorbent yes, but shrink every time you dry them and feel so rough even inside pocket diaper and another insert on top!

My kids pee in torrents at night and these liners are the only ones that hold up even a little bit - although they don’t last on their own all night. I use them with an AI2 and put a wool soaked on over it at night.They do need a little extra drying time over the fleece or cotton. I usually wash and set to air dry in the morning then tumble dry in the afternoon/evening before stuffing diapers for the next day.

I love these hemp inserts for my heavy wetter. I pair them with osocozy bamboo flats and stuff them in my pocket diapers or add the hemp inserts to a fitted diaper. No more leaks! Additionally they wash up great. They take a little longer to dry in the dryer but that’s to be expected with hemp. I wish I would have bought these sooner.

I still had to double these up with another hemp insert to last through the night and even then we would still get leaks.These were also causing a pretty decent diaper rash/skin irritation on my babys inner thighs, worse than hes ever had. With cloth diapers he doesnt ever really get a rash. It was almost like a skin burn. We use another brands hemp diapers so I am not sure what it is about these ones.
