Looks exactly like the photos. The case isn't heavy duty but adequate and cute. My daughter was happy with it and it's worth the price for sure. I just wish it came with some kind of a cloth for the cleaning wand. I suggest you also order yourself some earplugs too. 😉

I got this forbmy 6 year-old daughter. She loves the pink color of the recorder and the case. It is a very tight fit, so she struggles to remove the recorder from the case on her own. She also struggled a bit to play it, and actually had more success with a cheap recorder toy from the dollar store!

I used to have a recorder as a kid and this one is way more advanced! In fact, I got it for my 6 year old daughter since she's always singing and making some kind of noise. If we're being honest, I don't see this recorder is a good fit for a young child or beginner. It's difficult to finger some of the positions! As an adult who plays several musical instruments, I found this recorder challenging to play and even more so for it to sound good. Sadly, this recorder although seemingly good quality will not get much use at my home. Comes with cleaning rod, finger chart, and a vinyl storage bag.
