I have a brand new 2012 Acura RL. I was trying to install front license plate. However, I really don't want to drill 2 holes in the front bumper for the mounting bracket like what the manufacturer instructed. Instead, I installed 2 of these suction cups in the back of the front license plate mounting bracket and mounted it only with the screws at the bottom. It worked like a charm.

Exactly what I needed to replace the suction feet on my counter top cheese grater. The studs are about an eighth of an inch longer than the original, but the diameter and thread pitch is the same. No adjustments needed. Just unscrewed the old, hard, deformed ones and screwed these in place.

The threaded portion doesn’t have adequate length to reach deep enough into a standard arrow. I’m pretty sure that’s not it’s intended use, but to anyone else who has similar thoughts, this product will not work for that.

Used as a replacement for suction cup on one of those grabber tools. Original used screws from back side which always fail. With threaded stud in suction cup and a nylon lock nut I have had no failures.

Needed to replace broken ones on my tabletop airbrush compressor. Worked great, and are even better than the original ones. my compressor does not "walk" across the table anymore. Could not be any better or more pleased.
