If you are looking to store only 'the scanner', this case is for you, but if you also wanted to store the USB cable you should find another option.My comments pertain to the DS-740D only. I can't see how this case can store the larger DS-940DW as it is almost a quarter inch longer then the 640 and the 740.

I didn't purchase for travel but for home use. I just wanted something to quickly and easy to scan documents. Great quality, easy to install, no issues so far have already used it for a few months.

This case is not designed appropriately for the Brother DS-940DW. I cannot fit the scanner into this case at all. Not even with trying to force the scanner into it and there is no chance that the scanner and cord would ever fit into the case without breaking something. The scanner is great but very expensive and I wouldn’t want to risk trying to force it into this case because it seems like the scanner could get damaged trying to get it into the case. It might work for another model but completely doesn’t work for the Brother DS-940DW.

Great case fits the DS 720D perfectly and has enough room for the cords , but it is a bit overpriced for what it is . What else is there to say.

If you intend to buy for Brothers DS-940DW DO NOT BUY. The portable scanner cannot fit into the case.

Não tem bandeja para colocar mais de um papel, precisa ficar segurando o papel até passar pelo scanner, isso atrasa o trabalho
