The hinge pin on our pop-up trundle bed broke off which made it unstable and wouldn’t stay up, so I bought this kit to quickly fix it. When I ordered I thought I was getting like one and a half 2 inch maybe 3 inch bolts nuts and washers and it came and I almost flipped my fhit When I saw how small the nuts and bolts were. Immediate return set up couldn’t believe it unbelievable until maybe a day or two later when I realized I actually needed a couple of them which then pretty much turned into me using them for everything and them being a awesome useful in mind you’re very sturdy and strong set of nuts and washers.

These are listed as a Stainless Steel assortment. Yes, it's an assortment of a few usable common medium size nuts and bolts. But, pay attention to the quantity of each size. You end up with about 10 or 20 usable sizes unless you are building miniature electronics, and about 470 little tiny pieces. They might be useful when making jewelry or something? Listed as 304 (quality) Stainless Steel. Perhaps they could be Stainless Steel clad (if that's even possible) ? Good stainless is not able to be affected by magnets and these are. The finish is rather rough. The threads are thin and poorly sized and the nuts wobble on the bolts. Fine for building furniture frames but definitely not where strength and precision are paramount. I suspect these may even rust or corrode in saltwater. Not worth half the price because most of the collection ends up in the trash.

These are pretty self-explanatory. I was happy to have the assortment since what I needed the parts for, I wasn't positive of the size. I can't really speak to durability... only time will tell that. The nuts, bolts, and washers match up nicely size-wise.
