The 3/4-10 rethreading die shipped out and arrived very late.Shipped in a dirty little mailer envelope.It was on sale for less than I have ever purchased a tap or die.Seems to be okay quality.I needed it to chase some rough threads on a tool.It worked great for what I needed it for.

While it did re-cut the threads on my brush hog, it did not do it well. This is extremely fragile and is basically a 1 time use tool. It shattered the teeth on the first 1/4" of the bolt then cut like crap the rest of the way. It did the job, but unfortunately it is now garbage and will be thrown away.

I cannot recommend this die. I cut about 2" of thread never going more that 1/8 turn then breaking chips. I was super delicate but it wasnt enough.

This device arrived in less than a week and worked perfectly cleaning up two 5'8"/18 bolts on the radiator support for my '54 Dodge Fargo pickup. It took me less than 5-minutes per bolt to clean up the threads and spin new nuts on.
