Did I ever think I would be reviewing a toilet seat? No, but I had to on this one. AMAZING. The instructions are a bit hard to figure out, but once installed, I realized I had been over thinking it. Just lay all the pieces out, compare to instruction sheet, and go step by step. On taking it out of the packaging, the weight is heavier (not so much that it's hard to install) and it feels solid and high quality. It has small bumpers on underside of lid, is flat and heavy weight so that you can actually sit on it closed if you need to, and soft closes very smoothly. All of this is important, because if you've shopping for soft close toilet seats in stores, they are all flimsy and have so many nooks and crannies they are impossible to clean. This toilet seat has eliminated most of those stupid nooks and crannies. On to the feature they advertise most, removing the seat from the bowl. The flush mount button is easy to push and the seat comes off very easily. For cleaning, it has such a clean line design, I've found I don't really need to remove the whole seat to clean it, but it's there if you want it. On the hinges and bolts, it has a silver metal cover that looks good, and on cleaning around that, **best part for me**. On my previous soft close seats, fluids would build up under the hinge covers and when cleaning solution got under the covers, it would cause the fluids and cleaning solution to seep out and it's a never ending chore to keep mopping it up. Not on this seat. The hinge assembly has rubberized stability pads instead of those nasty paper ones, so cleaning solution doesn't get soaked into it and reactivated. Trust me on this, the price may seem high, but it's really only maybe $20 more than you'd spend on a low quality home improvement store seat, and the features and design of this seat are completely worth it. There's more on how much better it is to clean, but I stated most of them. And once it's in place, the peace of mind on stability and quality for you and loved ones is priceless.

This was a replacement for an inexpensive seat at a homeless shelter, where there is high use. The seat is very high-quality constructed quite well and contains the hardware to be adaptable for many situations. Works well in high use situations reduces labor, and cleaning since it just pops off you can clean and pop it back on with ease .

Old toilet seat lid broke, leaving naked toilet. Brrr... This toilet seat arrived quickly, and thankfully, was installed the same day. Looks nice, seats well, and seems sturdy. Happy customer!

I got the round size and I’m physically extremely weak. So most toilet seats in the market, I can’t install due to needing a lot of upper body strength to screw the sucker from the bottom. I tried 2 other ones, both were impossible for me.I used a hammer to hammer the rubber frame into the holes, and the metal washer was easy to hold in place using a wrench while I tightened the screws from above. No wiggles, just perfect.I love the button release to make it easily removable for cleaning.I love that it’s a lightweight seat and I don’t have to use up all my strength to carry it, but beware it is an extremely lightweight seat. I’m guessing that’s probably why it’s a frequently returned item but that works out in my favor.I care for the strong hold, not for its weight.But I removed 1 star due to its price. It’s expensive for an extremely lightweight / possibly plastic seat. The others are extremely heavy and are much cheaper in the market. Begs a question if the cost is due to the easily accessible washers 🤷ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸â€¦But after having tried 2 others, this one saved my life.

The best feature is the ease of cleaning it. The ability to push a button and remove this seat is great. It is also a very sturdy seat with the lid down. It cost a little more than the thinner units, but it will last years longer. Very satisfied with these toilet seats and have placed them on all the toilets in our home.

This toilet seat was very easy to install and it is ingenious in design. I had it installed in 5 minutes and it fit my standard round toilet perfectly. It is clearly a sturdily made seat that should last for many sittings. The step 1 installation "disassembly" should be ignored, but the rest of the instructions were fine. Just look at the pictures and you will easily figure out how to install the seat. Five stars++++

All toilet seats should be like this one. Toilet seats get very dirty and the only way to properly clean them is to remove them completely and scour the seat and the toilet. This is a lovely seat because both parts - top and bottom - have the slow slide so the seat will not slam down. It's great quality and, now, a real necessity for a clean bathroom! I'm a happy consumer here!

fits good, very solid on the toilet base, lid closes very slowly and quietly. I only got it a few days ago, but so far, it has been great.

Great toilet seat, good value. Soft closing feature is helpful. Installation instructions were not good for me. I tried to youtube it, but nothing specific to this toilet seat brand and screws/nuts included. Eventually i figured it out, i "think"....Other than a less than desirable instruction sheet, I would recommend this to you. It doesn't wiggle! It has a nice stainless steel disc that fits over the prongs, adding a little bit of shiny bling to the toilet seat. Easy to remove for cleaning; I put it in the dishwasher and do a steam cycle!
