I ordered this side mount flush knob kit to replace the plastic one that had broken. Per instruction sheet, It did say you may have to bend the brass rod using a straight pipe to get the correct angle if the rod rubs against the toilet tank. I only had to bend it about a 1/2 inch to get it away from the tank's side. I used the angle of the original plastic rod as a guide. Install took less than 10 minutes (remember that when you hand tighten the washer to the handle, the washer spins to the left) The oil rubbed bronze matches my cabinet knobs and the toilet handle flushes perfectly.

I bought this to replace a broken lever that was what came with the new toilet (about 4 years old when it broke). This is so much better quality that I have replaced two of them, and have spares for when the other OEM levers break. Mounts easily. Much sturdier than the plastic-levers you see nowadays.

Update: After a few months, I replaced this with a different lever. The juggling confused guests, who couldn’t always tell how far down or how firmly to press the lever.I really appreciate having a toilet flush lever that matches the metal in the bathroom. And it’s actually metal, not a cheap-looking plastic. This was easy to install (pay attention to chain location and length for your current mechanism before removing). The one downside is that it jiggles front to back and up and down. I’d like to add some sort of washer or something to provide more stability, but I’ve not determined where to do so. At that point, it’d be perfect.

I had a weird toilet handle angle and this worked well. I was able to bend the metal roof and it worked great and it had been in place for a while.

We had an aging flush lever that we couldn't rely on to shut the water flow off after flushing. I ordered this product not knowing what skills were required to install it. In past years, I am sure I would have called a plumber about this problem, but installing this new lever was so easy, I feel confident now to attack other household maintenance issues. I love the color and the finish! It's just what we needed to add a playful touch to the powder room!

The handle looks good, fits well enough and is easy to install. However, the range of travel when flushing is not sufficient to raise the flopper high enough for a proper flush. You have to hold the handle down for a few seconds to allow the tank to drain into the bowl.

I liked that it fit and worked great. I had to bend the arm to fit the tank but that was no problem. The handle is plastic and cheap feeling but looks fine. The one I took out was heavy duty and by comparison, this felt cheap, but we got used to it in no time. Bottom line, it's a good value because it was inexpensive and worked. One like my original would probably have cost $75.

It did not fit in my Toto ST776SA#01. The square base part that fits into the tank was too big even after removing the gasket. I will stick to OEM toilet parts, I've learned this lesson too many times now.

My old handle started getting stuck and if we weren't careful, the tank would keep filling with the flapper stuck upwards, until we brought the handle down. I bought this handle, easy to install, now works perfectly. My handle is at an angle and I didn't need to make adjustments to the inside bar. The inside bar is solid, much better than the original that I replaced.

Pros:-white flusher has a porcelain look and feels smooth; doesn't feel cheap or plasticy-easy installCons:-brass lever makes a noise when flushing if it hits the top of the toilet cover. (I put an extra piece of rubber on the end of the brass to prevent this.)- a little difficult to bend the brass lever straight to fit the toilet. I needed some muscle help from my boyfriend, and the use of pliers helped.Overall it's perfect and I'm very happy with the look, feel, and function. Recommended ðŸ‘

For those trying hard to match true brushed gold faucets, lighting, hardware etc, the brushed gold isn’t brushed at all but a very shiny yellow gold.Definitely worth ordering to see if it matches what you need because returns with this company are very very easy which is always appreciated!
