I ordered this 9x13" white baking dish based on all the positive reviews, especially for it's use in countertop convection ovens. I've been searching for a year for a 9x13 outside dimension baking dish for my Hamilton Beach Countertop Convection Oven (see my review on this oven). Most 9x13's do not include the handle measurements which means it won't fit inside my countertop oven. Therefore, it was necessary for me to bake my lasagna and sheet cakes in a smaller baking dish. When I read the reviews for this 9x13, I immediately placed an order. I am very pleased with this ceramic baking dish. It fits perfectly inside my countertop oven. The added benefit is that, because it has a lovely glazed interior, there are no sticking problems. The food came out easily and in one piece. Washing was a breeze. Bing, Bang, Bong...clean! I wish other manufacturers would take the hint and offer a 9x13 without handles. This piece is sturdy and well made, yet is not one of those hefty heavy weights so I, a humble and weak human with arthritis, had absolutely no problems removing it from my oven and turning the contents onto a platter. Of course, you could use this as a serving dish. It is a beautiful pure white color which compliments food. Price was great, I didn't have to drive around the state searching for it and it was an easy peasy purchase for me. I love Amazon.com

To say that I love my Breville Smart Oven would be an understatement. It cooks everything perfectly and doesn't heat up my apartment. I use it every day. There has been little need over the last three years to fire up that energy hog of a big oven. Except for the dishes that just will not fit in my Smart Oven, like your basic 13" x 9" x 2" pan that you know you use for so many things. The two that I have have handles that make them too wide to fit in my Smart Oven.This baby does not suffer the same problem as other, similarly sized, lasagne dishes. It is sleek and streamlined. It doesn't need any stinking handles. It fits in my smart oven with no problems. I took that baby out for a ride and made lasagne rolls the very first weekend after receiving it from Amazon. It cleaned up very nicely. I'm hoping that, being that it is porcelain, it will hold up well to my kitchen klutz ways.I'd ordered one of these dishes a year or so ago, but it was in pieces (the facilities person at my office refused delivery). This time, it seemed to be well packed and arrived in one piece!

I purchased it to use in a large toaster oven. It fits nicely because it doesn't have any handles. I've also used it in the regular oven. One just needs to be careful when removing it from the oven because of the lack of handles.The first one I received as a gift and it was cracked. The crack was due to improper packaging. Thankfully, Amazon.com sent me a new one.I really love it. The size is perfect for my toaster oven and it cleans up well. It's almost non-stick, because it's so easy to clean. Now I can make lasagna and other baked dishes in my toaster oven during the summer without all the heat from the conventional oven.Update 7/10/2021: I'm still using it and love it. Looks just like new. Perfect for making casserole dishes ahead time, keeping in the refrigerator until it's time to pop it into my toaster oven for the required baking time. I've used it so many times with this last year and a half cooking at home because of COVID-19. Wish they made a smaller version that I could use in my smaller toaster oven in Florida. I would definitely buy it again!

Prior to this, I had never purchased bakeware before. I thought it would be a good idea to obviously have some type of baking dish, especially now that I'm living on my own and need to eat in order to live, lol. So after reading the reviews, I took a chance on buying this and for the price, you really can't beat it. The quality is wonderful. It has a nice look and feel to it, not too heavy at all. I wish I got the version of this dish with the handles, but it's honestly no big deal. Just a few days ago I finally got around to testing this dish out, making boneless country style ribs. The ribs came out great, btw, lol. (nice, juicy and tender. full of flavor!) By the time the dish was empty, it looked like it was done for, even though nothing got burned! So after twice soaking it in some HOT water, and then using some mild Dr. Bronner's soap and a soft dish towel, my dish looked good as new. All the debris came off so effortlessly, no burned/stained spots or anything. I was very much impressed. This experience definitely encouraged me to continue using my dish and continue learning how to cook as well. I hope this helps anyone looking to purchase a very affordable, yet quality piece of cook/bakeware.

This is the largest pan I own that can fit in our Breville toaster oven. I use the toaster oven nearly all the time for our small household and our big oven is rarely turned on. This pan is not the easiest to clean, however I like the higher sides and larger size and still use it often to cook dinner. It requires soaking before a dishwasher run to clean it.
