They are mirrorball pieces stuck onto a really tiny foam ball. You can see all of the imperfections and they do not last long. Use them to tie together party favor bags so I wasn’t too worried about the durability. But I tried to use one as an actual keychain for myself and lasted a week before it was crushed and all the mirrorball pieces came off and then it fell off. not a good keychain but cute decoration.

I had purchased them for my doctor because he was going to be heading to another state to practice and we had always joked that they needed to install a retractable disco ball in the exam room ceiling to come down when a patient met their goals. Well, due to budget, that did not happen, so I gave him this pack to give to patients when they did. He laughed and thought it was a GREAT idea!

These are terrible. They look so cute - but they are just insanely bad quality. They fall right off the chains. I put them on the little party favor bags for a birthday - and just ended up rolling around on the party bus floor. Bad.
