I bought the turtle & I love it. It's a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. I am going to be keeping it in my garage & not outside in the elements. I did put the key in a baggie before putting in the stone. It will be fine for what I want to use it for.

This 'Hide a Key' fake rock isn't terrible, it's actually pretty tough and the sliding door opens and closes easily and stays closed FAIRLY well... The main issues with it are that first of all, the rock is almost too rectangular, it doesn't have the abnormal shape that a real rock would have, so for me, I have to partially bury it under other rocks in my yard so it doesn't stand out so much. The other problem is that it is definitely NOT waterproof, as advertised. The door on the bottom just doesn't seal the compartment fully and water can easily get in. I put my key in a Ziploc bag, which is fine, but it's just not waterproof as I expected.It almost deserves 3.5 Stars in my mind, because the rock is pretty heavy and the door does open and close smoothly, plus, you could put like 5 keys into it, it's that big... It's just that the shape isn't the best for blending in with the other rocks in my yard, and the door doesn't close tightly enough to make it waterproof.

This key hider has a very loose sliding cover and definitely stays wet inside. Nothing retains the sliding cover when it’s closed. The sliding cover will drop out from just gravity. It’s not weatherproof.

Der Stein fällt bedeutend heller aus als meine anderen steine. Und ist dadurch auffindbar. Aber ansonsten ist er stabil und ok.
