Didn't consider purchasing a tool like this until I saw it recommended. Very glad that I did purchase it, it saved me hours of time installing a new composite deck over an existing deck frame. Worked well - as advertised. Wouldn't consider another composite deck install without it. Money well spent.

We have built a deck with trex in the past without this tool and it was very timing consuming. We decided to add a second deck and I purchased this tool to give it a try. It made the spacing and assembly of the hidden fasteners so much faster. Best investment!!!

This product is cheap plastic. broke within a 1/2 hour of use. Cheap!!!!!

This tool works perfectly with Trex hidden fasteners. It took the guesswork out of the process. It allowed me to place the fasteners in the correct position, and kept them there. The supplied bit fit the screw heads perfectly. This is a must-have for installing Trex fasteners.

Tried installing hidden fasteners with this. You need this tool. Makes Trex installation a snap.
