In a world of office chairs, it's hard to pick one that fits the bill (especially sight-unseen) I spend hours at my desk at home and was tired of trying chair after chair that claim to be much more comfortable than they are. Wrong height, poor support, don't lean comfortably, cheesy plastic wheels, I was tired of all of it. I decided to spend the money and try the EZAKI High back office chair to try and resolve my chair-problems once and for all and am so happy I did! The chair shipped fast, and took all of about 10 minutes to put together. I can tell already that the quality is way beyond the competitors that I've already tried and it's features are exactly what I needed. The height adjustment is right, the lumbar support is easily adjustable, and the option to lean back is really easy. Most chairs need weeks/months to get "broken-in" to be comfortable, but this chair is great right out of the box. The padding is plush, but supportive; the leather is soft, but durable, and the wheels roll much more smoothly than typical plastic wheels (which are included if you prefer) and they will not damage my hardwood floors. The most convenient part of this chair is the ease in which the arms fold up and the chair can be pushed in under a typical desk (I always hated that I could never push my chair in all the way!) I am very happy with this chair, and highly recommend you spend the money and solve your chair problems once and for all.

Initial thoughts, it's nice and squishy and the lumbar support thing is nice and adjustable arm rests has cushion on them, is nice the wheels are also nice and large well made, they roll over anything

Like this chair a lot. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. For the most part, it was fairly easy with the exception of attaching the back to the seat. Only because it was a little frustrating to get the screws/holes lined up (while holding the back/bottom with only one person putting it together. (Two people would have been easier-to help hold, adjust, etc.) But I am a 68 year old woman and managed to assemble the entire chair in about an hour. I am using the rubber wheels and like them a lot. They move around on my thicker carpet ok (better than the caster wheels). I am hoping I don't need a plastic mat later down the road. Adjusted the lumbar setting and seems very good on my lower back. The chair is in a comfortable sitting position for me so haven't tried different "rocking positions". Currently it doesn't rock back very far at all which is my preference so haven't experimented with that option or loosening the tension. The cushion is very comfortable however, I only sit in the chair for 2 - 3 hours at a time. So can't say how the chair would feel after 8 hours of working/sitting. Also, plenty of room in the seat and I can place my feet on the floor when sitting back in the chair. Love the option of flipping up the arms and pushing in under/closer to my desk when done working. Overall, I am very pleased with the chair and worth the price. I would recommend to others.

I work from home and spend about 10 hours a day in this chair. I bought it about 9 months ago and it has held up fantastically! No loosening, no wobbly, no delaminating or peeling upholstery, wheels roll well even on carpet, no wheel marring on hardwood floors. The seat adjusters are as crisp and functional as day they were on day one. The seat cushion is just as supportive and springy for my 200 pound frame as it was the day I took it out of the box. Same with the seat back. I have dogs that occasionally get the hyper-zoomies and try to jump up on me in the chair... they're big boys - 85 pound Goldens.... no claw damage despite their best efforts. I'm blown away by it's durability. Nice to be able to comfortably knock out a 10 hour deadline push! Buy with confidence!

The metal platform the seat sits on had cut through the soft plywood seat causing the chair to list to one side.Having two options for wheels was nice, hand having armrest you could tilt back also good.
