i was dissapointed that this was a fake cam i should have read more, but this is a nice have out on your home so it gives you that feeling of safety, it is a really good looking fake, help ward off people thinking of doing something they shouldnt. its really easy to set up.

This is a nice bright solar light. It has the appearance of a surveillance camera. It is actually just a solar light that has a fake out of being a surveillance camera. It is solar powered so it does not need batteries replaced, it just needs a place where it gets plenty of sunshine.

My wired motion sensor flood light died so I installed this to replace it. I am impressed with the brightness and range of the motion detection. The light and solar panel being adjustable makes it far more versatile than other products. It also looks similar to my security camera so it does add a bit of deturrant. It has been out in snow and very single digits temps f and still functioned. I did ignore the tiny screws and odd adhesive to just use deck screws.

Decent product. I have a camera without a light that wasn't getting triggered at night. Used this in tandem, it works well. Outside activity triggers this light first, then my cam so it's picking up a lot more. The false camera spec also offers more security as nobody knows it's not recording but me. Obviously won't work well under an awning as it is solar powered, but when placed in an area with all day sunshine it responds as expected at night.I do wish there was a little more option to move the solar panel, so I could adjust it to better catch light. For the money it's not a bad investment though.

This is pretty simple to employ. Rotate the unit so that the solar panel receives sufficient sun, push the power button on, attach to wall and let it do its thing.I've attached this to the gable end of our home above the garage. The solar panel faces west where the sun is absolutely powerful. I was afraid it wouldn't work because there is an LED streetlight at the end of our driveway, but, that doesn't seem to be an issue.At night, when it's dark out, the red light blinks until it senses "sees" movement, then the lights come on. BRILLIANT!I am amazed with this. I WOULD RECOMMEND!

Simple to use and a nice deterrent. It looks like a security camera with its blinking red light to give the impression its in surveillance mode. It lights up really nice. Very easy to set up. Just set the bracket, slide on the light , push the ON button, adjust light where you want it to shine and that's it!

This is a great idea. Instead of spending a lot of money on surveillance gear, this dummy camera lights up when detecting motion and scares the critter (of any kind) away. I love it

My front porch has always been dark at night, and the motion lights I have wired in are not reliable. This solar light is perfect for my porc and no wiring needed! Two screws into the slide bracket and it’s done! 5 min max (it took longer to set up the ladder)!Great idea for a useful product.
