About this item

  • It can measure the average point of longitude and latitude and is notable for high-demand electronics, CD, PCB, and SMT stencils.
  • Good quality, very easy to use, and accurate checking of the tension of the mesh is the best tool for checking tension when stretching.
  • High-resolution measurement, very dependable and affordable accuracy tool, no adjustment necessary.
  • Humanized shape design, good quality with reasonable price. Each screen printer should have one.
  • Suitable for high-tension silk screen and stencil tension measurement, with high accuracy, it is an ideal tester for making a precision stencil and steel stencil.

INSTRUCTION
1. Before using, please put the tension meter on the glass and turn the dial to make the pointer return to zero.
2. Flick the silk screen during the measuring. The tension of the silk screen indicates when the pointer stopped.
3. The tension meter is a precision meter. Fall and touch are forbidden, be careful during use.
4. The tension meter was tested precisely when leaving the factory. Dismounting alone is not allowed.
5. Can’t touch the bottom side contactor by hand. Put the machine vertically without using it.
6. The Newton indication indicates the tension’s contractor. The error is +0.5N.
7. The indication of the second circle is the measured value during the measuring.

User tips:
1. Tension meter has been calibrated before leaving the factory, so you don’t need to adjust it yourself.
2. Method of data display method: data of the pointer of the tension meter is not accurate at the first circle. The second circle is exact (meanwhile, you should flick the mesh beside the tension meter). The second circle of the pointer is the regular reading.
3. N/cm: pulling force of mesh /every centimeter in width (it generally takes N or Kg to represent 1 kg = 9.8 N).
4. The small pointer is used to display the number of circles of the large pointer. (If the small pointer points to “2”, the large pointer has circled twice).

5. Data regular reading: You can read the data with a significant pointer. 6. Calibration: put the tension meter on the glass plate, then the pointer circles for 2 and a half rounds, and points to “▽,” which is accurate
