Installed this shower head yesterday and OMG am I impressed! Installation was a breeze. Bad boy that I am, I removed the flow restrictor which was easy-peasey and required no tools. The hose is of a far higher quality than my previous hand held, which was simply a neoprene hose with a foil wrap to make it look like a proper segmented hose.The on/off button far exceeds my expectations, as every other shower head I've seen with such a feature still allowed a significant amount of water through. But a simple thumb press on the button and -bam- that water is shut off! In fact, I can foresee some folks accidentally forgetting to turn the shower off at the wall because this shower head's valve works so well. I have noticed that upon reopening the flow that the water briefly comes out hotter than it was. Just a heads up.The spray is amazing. It's as though my water pressure has been supercharged. I can't believe the force with which the spray comes out. The settings range from an incredibly fine and gentle mist to a truly percussive massage that should be pretty handy in working out those knots in the muscles.At this point the big question is durability. I can't speak to that as of yet. But in terms of its apparent quality, features, and price, this is the one to buy.UPDATE: A year and a half later this item is still looking and performing magnificently. Can't recommend it enough.

I love that this shower head comes with a STOP button so you can conserve water. When I have my wash day for my natural hair, it's easy to quickly turn the showerhead off as I go through the process of washing and conditioning my hair without having to actually turn off the water and try to get it back to the right temperature when rinsing. Since I use it for this purpose primarily, I switch it with another showerhead that I use for normal showering.My only issue with this showerhead is that I wasn't able to remove the 'eco' attachment that is within the showerhead itself. This is why I continue to switch it with the other showerhead. The difference between them is like a light rainfall (the one with the ON/OFF switch) and a waterfall (my old showerhead that I still regularly use). If I could figure out how to remove the 'eco' thing that is conserving the water, then I may change my rating. I did look at the instructions, but it's not easily removed.

The water pressure from this unit, with and without the flow restricter installed is great. This really surprised me; I live in California where the restricter is required. I tested the unit without it and we had to back off on the pressure using the hot and cold handles (ya, really surprised). I re-installed the restricter (Flow Rate: 1.8 gpf, Flow Rate: 6.8 L/Minute) and the pressure is still great.

I love this shower head. The spray is even and there is 5 settings. The hose is good for washing hair and the button to turn the water off and on is great.

I love this shower head! More importantly, it took about 2 minutes to install, has great water pressure with 6 different spray options, and the pause button works perfectly.

Shower head connects easily and well (no leaks/drips). Standard appearance. I would have given five stars except that the pause button stopped working after 6 months. It stopped one day when depressed (ie, no water flowing), but after about 15 min I was fortunately able to get it released so that the head could continue to be used. It now continues to function but without use of the button. Since this was one of the main features I was interested in, I've deducted stars. If you don't care about the pause button, purchase away. If you do care, stay away!

I was very happy with this purchase. I was skeptical buying this product from Amazon compared to Home Depot but I will admit it’s very good. The difference levels you can select is great and it’s very effective.

Got this shower head in 2021. It worked ok, the pause button would occasionally get stuck. Today for the last time I was not able to unpause it. Tried to descale it (thought maybe the scale built up inside) but didn't help.

I was going to return but then I noticed an instruction in the box flap to remove the small flow restrictor in the showerhead (I was unhappy with the water pressure). WOW! I tried it and it is now EXCELLENT for water pressure. I cancelled my return. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS!!

It would get a five if the hose part was 6" longer, it is just long enough to get from the tap to the holder, nothing more. Overall quite happy with it.
