We love this! It looks better than flipping the cushions up & the dogs don’t touch it!We tried a little alarm but this works better for our dogs.

This is kind of a miracle product. Our large dog CONSTANTLY gets on the couch when we are not home, and has damaged a lot of furniture from scratching while getting on/off it, licking his paws and getting drool/dirt all over it, and mounds of dog hair and dirt all over. When we moved to a new home and got new furniture to go with it, we needed to figure out a way to keep the dog off the furniture without having to put chairs/random objects on our couches every day. The Sofa Scram successfully keeps our dog off the couch now. After a couple months of use, we don't even have to turn it on anymore - he just sees it on the couch and knows to avoid. The only annoying part is remembering to put it back on the couch every time we leave the house, but putting a little pad on the couch instead of chairs/stools/etc. on it is a lot easier!

We have a dog who sneaks up on the beds and couch when we aren’t at home. We have tried EVERYTHING to break him of this habit: putting cardboard on the furniture, putting furniture on the beds, using Mylar balloons, and spreading tin foil camping blankets on the couch. The sofa scram was my latest attempt to outwit, outlast, and outplay our pooch. I am happy to report after two weeks, he is no longer getting on our furniture. I thought I would have to train him on each of the beds AND the sofa over time, but this has not been the case. This item emits a high pitched beep, which he HATES. Once we began using it on the couch, he was smart enough to figure out ALL furniture is off limits. We never had to use it on the beds. When we leave the house, we place it on the couch and don’t even turn it on any more. Success! I have to admit I was skeptical, but it definitely worked for us. Highly recommend this product.

After a couple weeks we could turn the pad off. Just having it on the couch is enough to deter my dog from getting up.

My dog likes to destroy couches…. She digs on the cushions. This worked like a charm. She doesn’t go on them any more.

Works great!!! They know if it is on sofa or not! Just the beep keeps them off!
