Simply slip the hanger over a 2x4 board hang your target and you're ready to shoot!(2x4 board actual size is 1-1/2" x 3-1/2") The target hanger will allow an approx 15 degree forward cant of the target.
Works with Highwild target stand base and 2x4 target hanger. There are five fixed positions on the steel post to build FIVE HEIGHTS: 39", 45", 51", 57", 63", meet your stand height needs.

When used in conjunction with "Highwild 2x4 Target Hanger" these brackets will hang your steels with a nice "deflection angle" to keep debris and shrapnel away from the shooter. The brackets have multiple connection holes which allow to hang targets with mounting holes from 6"-12" apart. The "target hanger" have a large "spring" mount" which offers a quick connection and allows the target to flex when hit. If you like the sound of steel targets over the -------- dead sound of paper, pick up some of these hanger combos and a few different steel targets and hit the range. Make some noise and enjoy the tunes you are creating.

I've had this out at the 100 yard range. Easily cut 2x4s at about three two feet and a four foot 2x4 for my plate hanger. No worries of this thing falling over or any wabble. Hung a 66% Caldwell silhouette 1/2 AR500. Setup is easy and very mobile.

Very sturdy with 10 inch AR500 plates, could easily hold heavier. Easy to set up, break down, and store. Easier to store than the H shaped metal stands.

the range I visit is 1.5 hrs away. great that i can assemble this at the site and disassemble while in transportation. just make sure the base's 2x4 is longer, after 1 shot on steel plate the thing toppled over, by no means this is the fault of this product, just my 2x4 should be cut longer for more stability.

I purchased this mounting kit as well as a 2x4 stand system. Everything seems very sturdy and good quality except one of the bolts from this kit for mounting my steel target came with some chips in the threads. The nuts are unable to screw past the tip of the bolt because of the damage so I cannot tighten it onto the mounting stand. I have some extra nuts and bolts at home and can use the mount but I am hoping for a replacement to get one of the correct size.

These are overbuilt and can take a beating. With a 12x20" steel target mounted, I've hit it with 9mm, 10mm, 45, 5.45, .300 and .308. I've had this fall, numerous times while shooting. I hammered the bolt from a 10mm 1911 at 15yds and instead of the bolt breaking it bent a little but rattled so much so the nut came loose and dropped the plate. I bought 2 mote thinking I would break the bolt eventually. 2000 rounds later and still in one piece but showing it's use. Totally worth it.

After only 15 shot at 100m of surplus 7.62x54R the bolt face snap clean. Really disapointed.
