Good USB-C to HDMI adapter, but of course make sure you're using the correct USC-C port. Some USB-C ports don't support video out (see the product page for this adapter for more info if you need it), and I imagine that everyone's run into that a few times. When plugged in correctly and used with a good HDMI cable, this delivers excellent high-def video to an external display (which for instance one might want to do for a meeting). The adapter is well made, plugs in firmly, and has enough flexibility to avoid putting too much strain on the USB slot. For the price, this is an excellent little gizmo.

Connect monitor though USB C port. It works, no fluff packing. Was able to use a monitor I already own to get my home office back the way I was used to after a job change. Had to switch from a regular PC to a laptop. Works well with a regular HDMI cable. Other options are available for the HDMI- D cable. All in all, a good price and easy to install. I use my laptop screen, and two external monitors. If you already have monitors that are usable, don’t reinvent the wheel. Use this doo flicky!

Nice to stream while traveling! This does the trick! Just plug the HDMI end into an empty HDMI slot on the TV, plug the other end into your smartphone, tablet or computer. Then on the TV, select the appropriate output. On the streaming device, select the TV for sound output, and stream away! This is excellent for traveling. Now in your hotel you have access to all your streaming channels that you have installed on your device. This arrived next morning as promised, and worked flawlessly.
