The bases are a heavy rubber and the post pieces stay together to be moved.The posts aren't super tall, but definitely get the job done.

We needed some cones to practice parallel parking and these were half the price of all the other options. Though a little short for parallel parking practice, I just taped some pool noodles atop the flat base and it worked perfectly. Rubber base is heavy and weighty, bumping it with the car didn’t knock the cone over.

Great value for the money, easy to assemble, but if it's too windy, they topple over. But still good for what i needed.

I use these to “save†my parking spot at the RV storage lot when I take the RV out.The weighted bottoms work well by keeping the delineators upright during strong wind events(which happens a lot out here)They are always right where I left them when I return.Good product for my needs.

We have not even had these a year and the cheap plastic clips and the tops they came with have already all broken. And the wind constantly blows them over. There is no link to contact seller on this page or the store page and I could not find anything online for replacement parts.
